Sausage and Brussels Sprouts

Here’s another simple recipe with few ingredients that is delicious!

Very few ingredients, but big taste 🙂

Chop up the following:

andouille (or any other) sausage

brussels sprouts



a pepper (optional – any type of pepper will work)

Throw the sausage in a pan and let it warm through.  You should have enough grease from the sausage to wilt the onions/garlic/peppers/brussels sprouts, but if not, add some olive oil.  Add the veggies, let them cook until softened, and enjoy!
